"Khimki Group" - the flagship of an entirely new direction for our country's development. For more than two years of work in the Moscow region, the company "Khimki Group" confirmed the high status of their projects to colleagues as well as to customers, gathered in its treasury the most authoritative awards and prizes available in the metropolitan real estate market.
In November 2012 a family sports and educational cluster "Olympic Village Novogorsk" received Urban Award for the best infrastructure and landscaping improvement. The ceremony Urban Awards in the field of residential real estate was held in "Izvestiya Hall» on November 29. Its winners are the best in its category, this is objects that meet modern requirements of the residential real estate development.
In the spring of 2013 a cluster of "Olympic Village Novogorsk" won another prestigious award - "Village of the Year 2013". The ceremony of the 10th National Award in the field of low-rise and cottage building "Village of the Year 2013" was held on 24 April in the capital club Soho Rooms. The jury, which had to consider more than a hundred applications from nominees, announced the best projects on the suburban real estate in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regions of Russia.
Less than in six months later, in September 2013, the projects of the company "Khimki Group" received national recognition in several categories of the IV Russian Award for RREF-Awards housing - one of the most prestigious awards, presented at the Russian real estate market. Deserved victory in the "Townhouse" nomination won the author's project of Irina Viner-Usmanova "Olympic Village Novogorsk". It also became the leader among the finalists in the number of votes.
That same autumn, in November of 2013, one of the residential complexes in the cluster "Olympic Village Novogorsk" won in two categories of the most famous Russian real estate market award - Urban Awards. Main project of developer residential complex "Olympic Village Novogorsk. Apartments " was voted best business class residential project in the Moscow region.
In the spring of 2014 family sport and educational cluster "Olympic Village Novogorsk" by "Khimki Group" was awarded the PRO REALTY award in the category "Best business class cottage village in the Moscow region." Awards, made in the form of golden weathervanes, pointed to the best projects in the real estate market. Each statuette is a badge of honor, evidence that the laureates are on the right way they should be.
At the end of 2015 a residential complex "Olympic Village Novogorsk. Apartments" triumphed at the annual «Urban Awards». Partner of development company "Khimki Group" Dmitriy Kotrovskiy climbed up twice on stage for the award symbol - the cherished statuette . Conceptual development project of "Khimki Group" was named the best business-class residential complex in the Moscow region in 2015, and won first place in the category "Best concept of improvement and infrastructure".
